Alfresco at Home

As Enid Blyton wrote in one of her iconic Famous Five books, Five Go Off in a Caravan, “picnics always taste so much nicer than meals we have indoors”. Whether you’re enjoying a coffee and croissant alone or entertaining family and friends on a long summer’s evening, there’s something about eating alfresco at home during the summer that just makes meal times even more special. Here are some of our favourite things from the Square to add the finishing touch to your table.

Candles not only provide a wonderful atmosphere and a natural mood light, but they are also beautiful to look at. This wonderful four wick candle from Ortigia can burn for up to 80 hours and smells of Sicilian spring flowers to transport you to the Mediterranean.
