Jigsaw Marcus James Duke of York Square

Fashion

Jigsaw x Marcus James

Say hello to Jigsaw’s latest collection for this season, in collaboration with British artist Marcus James. Available now to buy in-store at Duke of York Square, these pieces feature a set of printed artworks designed by Marcus and inspired by the concepts of ‘order’ and ‘chaos’.

Following his collaborations with Saint Laurent Paris, Stella McCartney and Alexander McQueen, James worked with Jigsaw to produce beautiful artworks, unusually based around two opposing mathematical ideas: ‘order’ and ‘chaos’. ‘Order’ inspired balance and floral drawings manipulated by screen printing, which both complement and contrast James’ depiction of ‘chaos’ – energy created through charcoal and unbalanced lines.

These gorgeous prints are translated for the sophisticated woman’s wardrobe through flattering trousers, dresses and tops. Our top pick is a striking jumpsuit, styled with pockets and a flattering wide leg cut that’s perfect for summer parties and events.
