Taste of Africa on the Square - Tusk Rhino Trail

Keep your eyes peeled for the Rhino that will soon be joining Duke of York Square on 18 August until 24 September.

Devastatingly, the Rhino population in Africa is reaching a critical level with the magnificent animals being threatened by a global poaching crisis. Tusk are launching a London-wide art installation to raise awareness and the vital funds needed to ensure continued conservation and we’re thrilled to welcome one of the sculptures from the collection to the Square.

Internationally respected and collected artists and designers have decorated and embellished 21 rhino sculptures which will hit the streets on 20 August. Download a trail map online so you can follow the trail and spot all the rhinos city-wide. Don’t miss the opportunity to take one home too, as the installation culminates with a celebration of World Rhino Day on 22 September as well as an auction in aid of Tusk on 9 October at Christies.

We are delighted to announce that one of the world’s leading wildlife photographers, David Yarrow will be creating the rhino for the Square. Take a look at some of his beautiful shots here to get a glimpse of what’s to come.
