Great exhibitions at Saatchi

Saatchi remains one of our ‘must-visit’ cultural institutions for a dose of modern art in the heart of Chelsea. As well as the return of Champagne Life – Saatchi’s celebration of all female artists -we’re feeling super spoilt with a brand new exhibition opening for us to enjoy this month.

The Gallery brings us a diverse selection of Henri Barande’s work until the 31 October. Famously private, French born Barande has never previously shown his art in the UK before. He often destroys his own work and will only ever show once in any country, with this exhibition as no exception to that rule. This will be his first and only UK exhibition, so it’s a rare opportunity for any art lovers based here.

Immerse yourself in some great pieces featuring  a play between abstract and figurative genres that Barande has become famous for in the art world. The large scale canvases feature an incredible range of vibrant colours, often in an eye-catching neon shade that draws the viewer in to explore dialogues between life and death and found and fabricated. If you enjoy modern art or want to experience something new, then make sure you pop in for an exhibition that you’re bound to enjoy.
